This Plan was produced in 2008/09 as a result of the Government stating that it wanted each local community to take control of its destiny: to say what it wants to be done and to engage with others to enable it to happen.
It is intended that the Neighbourhood Plan will build upon this comprehensive document – providing a blueprint for Horsted Keynes for the next 20 years.
